I would like to report that if by chance one' s vehicle gets picked up in a non-parking area, and if it is to be reclaimed at Paud Phata RTO Office, then they demand Rs.300 to Rs.2000 as a fine whereas in reality the actual fine is Rs. 100. according to me this is a pure form of corruption. I would like to co-operate and co-ordinate with you on future junctures.

ReplyDeletethey say that we have to come to the court if we they tow away the vehicle n hence suggest us to pay then n there n finish it off. is that true? do we have to face the court?
ReplyDeleteमाझी बाइक MH 12 GX 7729 हि लक्ष्मि रोड वरून RTO ने 4 इंच बाहेर होती म्हणून उचलून नेली. नंतर मी खडक RTO ला बाइक आणायला गेलो. तिथे मी माझ्या बाइक ची चौकशी केली माझ्या बाइक जवळ एन्ट्री करणारा व्यक्ती होता तो दारू प्यालेला होता. त्यांनी साहेबांची भेटा म्हणून सांगितले साहेब म्हणजे तो ५ फूट चा होता म्हटलं हा RTO मध्ये कसा.त्यांनी माझे document चेक केले म्हणाला 1150 RS लागतील मी म्हटलं माझ्या कडे सर्व डॉकुमेंत आहे आणि दंड फक्त 150 RS आहे.तो म्हणाला money Purse दाखव मी त्याला money Purse दाखवले मला म्हणाला किती पैसे आहे मी म्हटलं 800 आहेत पण मेस चे आहेत.म्हणाला पूर्ण पैसे दे मी म्हटलं मी फक्त 200 RS देऔ शकतो. तो म्हणाला ५०० दे बाकीचे वापस देतो आणि म्हणाला जा आता.त्याने बाकीचे पैसे दिलेच नाही. तो असा वागला म्हणून मी RTO Ladies Police ला विचारलं तिने मला दगडूशेट मंदिरा जवड police station ला जायचे सांगितले. मी तिथे गेलो तर म्हणाले साहेब फिरस्ती वर गेले आहे.आता मी जौ कोणाकडे मला हा प्रश्न पडला आहे. माझ्या सारखी कोणाची हि अवस्था झाली नाही पाहिजे म्हणून मला हा प्रश्न उपस्थित करत आहे.
