I feel that there is lot of corruption on the road contracts in Pune.
The contractors make such a poor quality roads that even a little rain make these worse.
And who is the culprit?
I feel we are culprit as we vote and choose corrupt people or by not voting honest people
The real fault is not in contractor but in officers which made a trend as Commission/bribe on every payment made to contractor as Fundamental right. If officer will not take bribe, how contractor will make under quality roads.
